There'll be masses of resting and sleeping in your near future.

You are likely to feel very tired when you first return home from the hospital. Get as much sleep as you can. You need it to start the recovery process following a tummy tuck. When you do drop off, you may doubtless find it more comfy to sleep on your back, with a few pillows behind your head to prop you up. If you do not like to sleep on your back or if you don't find this a comfy position, try sleeping on your side. Finding The Right SURGEON

Before choosing to have abdominoplasty you must find a professional surgeon. One who is board certificated. Be wary of any doctor who identifies him or herself as simply "board certified." All ratification boards are not the same; you have to understand precisely what the "board certification" means.
