A Large Belly Might Be Caused By Sleep Issues

*Don't fall asleep in front of the TV; it causes chemical changes in your brain that interrupt your sleeping patterns
*Make sure it's cool, comfortable and as dark as possible
- Skip the late evening snacks, in fact it's best to stop eating at least three hours before bed time
*Switch to herbal teas instead of caffeinated beverages, especially after 12:00 p.m.
x Try a hot shower or bath before night time
